Raeven Brough (Bruff) Originally Born in Germany, grew up in Johannesburg and relocated to CT in 2014. Becoming known as one of Cape Towns emerging best kept secrets, Raeven has been rocking jam packed dance-floors all over Cape Town, captivating music lovers and party goers with his typical 3-6 hour extended DJ Sets taking people on a musical adventures with an unmatched energy, vibe and flow with his unique style he's cultivated over many years. His musical prowess and ability to include diverse audiences into one shared experience has secured himself residencies in Cape Town's most premier and popular Nightclubs, Entertainment venues and performing in CT's most sought after wedding venues. While completing a 4 year Degree coarse in Majoring in Music Performance at COPA JHB (Campus of Performing Arts) Accredited internationally with ACM UK ( Academy Contempary Music), Raeven worked nationally as Johnny Clegg's Guitar tech and right hand tech guy, which gave him 3 years of experience on the road with the great and late Johnny Clegg, God rest his soul. This provided a platform to work in high-pressure situations including the Royal Albert Hall and saw him traveling as guitar tech during his time studying. Through traveling with Johnny Clegg he discovered a love for Cape Town and its rich music scene, which is why in 2014 he moved to CT making a name for himself bringing a deep and rich understanding of music and its cultural impact over time, through these experiences its given Raeven a deep treasure chest of music to pull from to make your event an unforgettable experience.
